Made up of a talented crew of Los Angeles-based musicians, TKO88 presents a fun-filled collection of classic piano rock hits by Elton John, Billy Joel, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Beatles, Billy Preston, Little Richard, Leon Russell, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Hornsby, Dr. John, and many more. The Kings of 88 have entertained audiences up and down the West Coast, playing concerts, festivals, fairs, clubs, fundraising events, private parties, and corporate events.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnics, then sit back and relax to the sounds of summer! Seating is first come, first served! Concerts in the Park are free and well-attended; early arrival to secure prime lawn seating is encouraged. Concertgoers are asked to leave their pets at home. Use low-backed chairs to minimize visibility issues behind you. Don’t block the aisles. Be courteous to others. No smoking in the park. Watch your children, keep them off the stage and the stage apron. Climbing the trees in the park is not permitted. Please place your trash in the bins located throughout the park. NO– pets, barbecues, skateboards, scooters, or roller blades are allowed in the park. Concert staff and security are not responsible for unattended chairs, blankets, and other picnic items. Please do not remove items (such as chairs and blankets) that do not belong to you.
Parking: Please note that parking can be difficult around the park during the concert series. Carpooling, walking, and the use of taxi/rideshare is encouraged. All handicap parking will be available at the Begg Pool parking lot, and a rideshare/taxi pick-up and drop-off area will be located on Manhattan Beach Boulevard.
